Kathryn Wilkins

A professional house matchmaker - I help properties transition between those moving on to those moving in! Sellers- ready for another space? In addition to getting you the most money for your home, wish amazing humans end up there? Buyers - not only looking for a deal, also the RIGHT place to start your next chapter? From starter nests to forever homes, I've got many tools for matching people with that perfect "Home Sweet Home" vibe, including human design. Transitions are my specialty. I've been nicknamed the MOVING DOULA, because real estate is so much more than a business transaction. With a background in education, I LOVE my work as a guide, supporting you through the journey of  buying, selling, and investing so that the process is easy and surprise free. As a strong negotiator who leads with integrity, my top priority are win-win experiences.

Building relationships is my superpower. Using my connections in the industry, I can introduce you to top-notch humans who work as lenders, inspectors, attorneys, and decorators in town. People who truly put your best interests first (otherwise they wouldn't be in my world). Please let me know how I can help!
